Cursed Critters is developed under the Micro Games name, a trading name of VR Holding. Micro Games is not a separate legal entity; every legal relationship described on this site is with VR Holding.

Intellectual property
This site and the Cursed Critters game — their structure, text, graphics, logos, characters, sound and music, and the software that runs them — are the exclusive property of VR Holding, and are protected by French and international copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
One exception is granted expressly: gameplay footage may be recorded, streamed and monetised under the conditions set out in our terms of use. For editorial use of our logos or artwork, write to us at the address above.

The processing of personal data by the game and by this site is described in the privacy policy. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics script, and embeds nothing from a third party. It is made of static files: no consent banner is required, so there is none. The game itself is a different matter and is covered by the privacy policy.
